At Self Love Lounge Pty Ltd, we aim to provide fast, convenient shipping options within Australia. Please review our shipping and collection details below.

Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options & Costs
We ship all orders via Australia Post and offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping:  
  - Cost: $10 (for orders under $100).  
  - Delivery Time: 2-8 business days.
  
- Express Shipping:  
  - Cost: $15.  
  - Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
  
- Free Standard Shipping:  
  - Available for orders over $100.  
  - Delivery Time: 2-8 business days.

Free Local Pick-up/Collection
Customers may also opt to collect their orders for free from our clinic at Suite 14, 46 Douglas Street, Milton, QLD 4064. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, typically within 1 business day.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping option selected. Please note that these time frames are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's progress through Australia Post.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we offer shipping within Australia only. We do not provide international shipping.
