Restorative Yin & Reiki with Wildbloom Holistic Care

Unwind and reconnect with your inner rhythm in this 60-minute restorative session designed to soothe the nervous system. We will move through a sequence of gentle, long-held Yin postures, supported by the grounding presence of therapeutic-grade aromatherapy oils to deepen your state of relaxation.
The practice concludes with a restful final savasana, where you will receive guided Reiki energy healing to promote balance and restoration. Leave feeling centered, supported, and deeply nourished.
