  Self Love Retreat is located at 494 Hodges Road, Mount Mort, Scenic Rim, QLD 4340 - just over an hour from Brisbane, on 40 acres of quiet countryside. Close enough for a day journey. Far enough for your whole body to exhale.

• What can I expect when I arrive?

  Our handcrafted wooden studio - warm timber, soft light, grounding textures and nature at every window - is designed for deep rest and emotional release. This is a space to let go and return home to yourself.

  Each experience is held with intention and designed to soften the body, settle the nervous system and reconnect you with your own inner wisdom.

• Do I need to book in advance?

  Our bookings are intentionally intimate, with limited places so every guest can be fully held.
  
  We encourage booking ahead to honour your space and avoid disappointment.

• What should I bring?

  Simply bring yourself.
  
  Robes, towels, herbal tea and everything you need for your ritual journey are provided.
  
  If you are joining a nature-based therapy or water ritual, you may wish to bring swimwear.

• Can I visit alone?

  Yes. Many women choose to come solo for deep personal restoration.
  
  Self Love Retreat is a safe and sacred space to be held without expectation, pressure or performance.

• Do you offer private retreats or group experiences?

  Yes. We offer private bookings for friendships, mother–daughter journeys, leadership reset days and intimate celebrations.
  
  These can be tailored with rituals, circle work and curated sensory experiences.

• Is the retreat wheelchair accessible?

  Some areas of the retreat are accessible.
  
  If you have mobility or accessibility needs, please let us know and we will prepare personalised support to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

• Is accommodation available?

  Overnight stays are part of our future Stay + Soak offering currently being created.
  
  Guests will soon be able to immerse fully in nature-led rest, outdoor bathing and slow mornings.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
